Full Job Description

Happy Dragon is seeking full-time /part time Service Coordinators to provide coordination of services to families of children with known or suspected developmental delays living in diversified communities of NYC (Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx).

Job RESPONSIBILITIES

• Introduce and assist families with Early Intervention Program.
• Fully inform families of EI Program being confidential, voluntary and provided in natural environment.
• Explain family rights and responsibilities under Early Intervention Program.
• Assist families in identifying and accessing all available services within Early Intervention Program.
• Collaborate with service providers to secure needed services for families.
• Maintain proper documentation on families and children.
• Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, Education or related field
• Bilingual Spanish
• Excellent oral communication and written skills
• Efficient and excellent interpersonal skills
• All Applicants must reside in New York.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
